DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Work with the Marketing team to develop compelling experiences and promotional plans including associated collateral (print and digital).
Continuous outreach, networking and partnering with people, organizations, companies and tourism partners in order to distinguish St.
Sup ry as a preferred destination in Napa Valley.
Maintain awareness of trends and competitive pricing.
Work with the management to set pricing based on market conditions and associated costs.
For Special Events, coordinate creative and compelling descriptions, proposals, menus and contracts.
Provide regular reporting on past and future bookings and associated sales (e.
g.
Pipeline Report).
Coordinate, track and continuously improve the training programs for the Wine Educators and Support Staff.
Supervise Hospitality Managers.
Work closely with the management teams to diagnose, understand and develop strategies and tactics to resolve performance issues, as well as drive execution via monitoring monthly reports and weekly flash reports and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring.
Oversees merchandise, d cor & display for tasting room as well as print advertising.
Daily Operations Determine ways to increase sales of interactive experiences to guests arrive without reservations.
Identify ways to improve interactive experiences for the guests while ensuring they are effective at telling our brand story, selling wine, acquiring new Wine Club Members and engaging existing Wine Club members.
Run reports on the sales results of each experience monthly.
Work with guest experience managers and provide team trainings service standards.
One to two days a week provide management oversight of the winery to staff in the tasting room.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
WSET, CSW or alternative Wine certifications desired.
5 years' experience in a managerial hospitality role Proven track record of success with sales and customer service in a luxury sector.
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Team player who works well with others and is eager to help others.
Must be available to work scheduled days and have flexibility to work different schedules or hours when necessary.
Valid California driver's license with clean driving record.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Must be able to perform a variety of tasks, including giving tours, working in the tasting room, operating the cash register, general housekeeping, etc.
Must be well organized and able to manage tasks in a timely and professional manner Must maintain a professional demeanor in dress and manners.
Working knowledge of additional software programs and point of sale systems.
Commitment to excellence and acute attention to detail.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Perform some repetitive motion activities.
Sit for long periods of time.
Stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day.
Open wine bottles repeatedly thought the work shift.
Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.
